The PreserveBottle comes in two objects, namely the bottle and stopper.
The capacity of the bottle is about 250cc. We have determined it at 250cc because most wines come in a bottle of capacity 750cc, and so it is able to divide exactly into three parts. After filling up two Preserve Bottles, the remaining 250cc is suitable for a daily consumption by an adult.

The wine stopper incorporates a special patented invention. The plug has been tested by the Bureau of Standard, Metrology and Inspection of the Ministry of Economy Affairs to regard it as a food-grade safety product. It has also passed the TÜV Rheinland test, the renowned EC testing standard using the most stringent LFBG food inspection. It is acid and alkali resistance and does not release any harmful substances to affect the human body.
The plug features several minute slits along the edge. After pushing the plug in the opening, the slits are able to exhaust the excess air out of the bottle. In addition, the plug comes in two-stage closing method: Firstly, the cylindrical plug can be pushed in the bottleneck slowly and meanwhile,
exhaust the excess air out of the bottle. Secondly, after pushing in the plug in the bottleneck completely, press it harder. This will enable the white plug with special interior design to swell a little to form a barrier to prevent air from entering in the bottle, and prevent the wine from deteriorating.
The wine label is designed for writing to record the wine information stored in the bottle. It also can be used repeatedly by using water-soluble ink and erase the writing with a damp cloth or paper towel.
